Applied theatre is an open field, engaging an array of modalities from games and improvisation to creative writing and music. It is play with a purpose! Rachael can bring performances to you, or create them with you. She can facilitate creative approaches to cultivate relationships and trust, build brave spaces, facilitate authentic dialogue, navigate conflict in a healthy way, and imagine new possibilities for your community or organization. “Theatre is a form of knowledge; it should and can also be a means of transforming society. Theatre can help us build our future, rather than just waiting for it.” Here Augusto Boal speaks to the nature of Theatre of the Oppressed, which incorporates a series of tools and tactics for creative activation.
